We’re bringing back the spicy Bender Ball class you love, with some myofascial release to bring in sweetness! This class will train the backside of the body and core muscles using the Bender Ball, and finish with ball rolling recovery techniques and stretching. This class might just be the secret sauce to elevate your training and recovery!
