    A 7 day process of journaling exercises to learn about ourselves and build a process to take action that will boost our confidence.

    Mobility Challenge

    This challenge will dig into what mobility is, and why it’s important. We’ll be examining wrists, ankles, hips, shoulders, and spinal movement. Each day will have a short mobility routine to follow.

    Gratitude Reset

    This reset will involve both journaling prompts and a gentle movement practice that allows us to reflect and show gratitude to our bodies and minds! Bonus 60 minute class on the last day.

    With the busy holiday season, this 7 day program will provide restorative yoga routines, guided meditations, and journaling prompts to help the body and mind unwind.

    This month we’re all about comfort! We’ll learn how to make any type of at-home workout cozy and explore cozy movement routines and audio meditations to make your winter warmer and cozier!
