This week we have a bigger focus on core strength as we incorporate some rotation, anti-rotation, extension, anti-extension and anti-flexion movements throughout the class.
This week we have some heavy lifts, so having one big weight (dumbbell, kettlebell, plate) might come in handy!
This week we add complexity by adding balance elements to the standard components throughout the class.
This week we build on our format structure and focus on lateral movements - great for the body and the brain!
We start with the basics of Resolution, working into our legs, chest, upper back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, glutes and abdominals!
