Monthly Challenges
These monthly health and wellness challenges are here to help you learn about yourself and stay accountable to your goals throughout the year. All of the challenges are included in the Ultimate Membership plan, or you can pick and choose the challenges that appeal to you and purchase them a la carte! Each challenge will open for registration about a week before the start date, and are all priced at $25+gst each.

September - Confidence
A 7 day process of journaling exercises to learn about ourselves and build a process to take action that will boost our confidence.

October - Mobility
This challenge will dig into what mobility is, and why it’s important. We’ll be examining wrists, ankles, hips, shoulders, and spinal movement. Each day will have a short mobility routine to follow.

November - Gratitude
This reset will involve both journaling prompts and a gentle movement practice that allows us to reflect and show gratitude to our bodies and minds!

December - Destress
With the busy holiday season, this 7 day program will provide restorative yoga routines, guided meditations, and journaling prompts to help the body and mind unwind.

January - Releasing Negativity
This challenge will look at how we can use exercise and music as tools to release negativity. Included will be movement routines that help us move negative emotions through and out of the body, journaling prompts, and curated playlists.

February - Coziness
This month we’re all about comfort! We’ll learn how to make any type of at-home workout cozy and explore morning stretches in bed, and candlelight routines to enhance sleep!

March - Kindness
Over 7 days, with follow-along yoga-inspired routines, we’ll practice being kind to our bodies by learning to adapt yoga poses and use common props & prop substitutes.

April - Sleep
During this reset we’ll evaluate our starting point and look at what options we have to improve our sleep. This reset will include journaling prompts, movement routines, and evaluating our exercise schedule for a good night’s rest!

May - Connection
This challenge will examine how exercise and mental health are linked. We’ll use a series of journal prompts to evaluate where we’re doing well in our connections, and where we have room for growth. The challenge will wrap up with a live online group class.

June - "Hot Girl Summer"
In this challenge we’ll look at how we stay active and safe over the summer months. It will include outdoor exercise routines, and explore outdoor summer activities.
