Confidence is a belief or trust in something, and in this course, we are talking about self confidence. We are examining our relationship with ourselves and how we can build up our own resilience and reliance on ourselves. 

It’s easy to fall into the trap that if we achieve some particular milestone, everything will be better. Maybe it’s a number on the scale or clothing size with fitness. It might be something like a raise or job title with your career. Achieving the milestone alone rarely produces the result we had hoped for.

Why? Because we’re still the same person on the inside. It makes me think of this sketch from SNL

“But remember, you’re still going to be YOU on vacation. If you are sad where you are, and then you get on a plane to Italy, the you in Italy will be the same sad you from before, just in a new place” 

Even if we don’t feel like we fall into these exact patterns, a lack of confidence can keep you from living up to your fullest potential. This challenge is a great boost for everyone, no matter where you’re starting from.

Join us as we dig deeper and set an actionable plan in motion to reboot our mindsets and come out the other side more confident. This isn’t an airy fairy self care challenge that tells you to smile at yourself in the mirror and wear that bright lipstick anyway (not that that’s bad). You’ll be guided the whole way and provided with great resources that extend past the 7 days of this challenge.
