7 Day Gratitude Reset
Expressing gratitude is a small habit that can have big results. This 7 day course helps you build a gratitude practice by creating themes for each day to explore different areas in our lives where we can look for opportunities to reflect on what we’re grateful for. Each day has both a journal prompt, and a 10 minute movement practice. On the final day, there is a full 60 minute movement practice which will be live on November 9, 2025, and after that date the recording will be available.

Heart opening, Gratitude with love
Love requires us to be vulnerable and open up. Today’s movement practice focuses on heart opening poses. Because heart openers are also back bends, move gently, listen to your body, and only go as far as your body feels safe to.

Grounding, Gratitude for the natural world
We can get lost in the man made part of our physical world, and find ourselves disconnected from nature. We are a part of nature, and are more calm and less stressed when we are connected to nature, rather than seeing ourselves as separate from it.

Binding, Finding gratitude for restriction & boundaries
When the world is wide open, it’s too much. Like a restaurant with too much on the menu, sometimes it’s better when there are guardrails, boundaries or restrictions. They can give us direction and narrow our choices.

Folding, Introspection and turning inwards
We hold vast amounts of power within ourselves. It’s easy to lose sight of it, fall into the trap of comparison, dismissing ourselves and our wins. When this happens, we can shine the light back on ourselves and remember how incredible we are.

Twisting, Being grateful for change
As Shrek reminds us, “change is good Donkey.” But in reality change can be hard. The unknown can be difficult. The struggle we know might feel more manageable than what lies behind a different choice.

Restorative, Making space for gratitude
Expressing gratitude is a habit that can be life changing. It requires us to slow down and reflect, something that can feel very difficult in our modern world.
