Week 3 - April 30

This week we add complexity by adding balance elements to the standard components throughout the class.

Equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells (light and heavier), optional mat

*Note: I was fighting off a cold this week - the kind where my body can’t seem to regulate temperature very well, and so I am regrettably sweaty throughout this class. Apologies!
