Week 5 - May 14

This week we have a bigger focus on core strength as we incorporate some rotation, anti-rotation, extension, anti-extension and anti-flexion movements throughout the class.

Equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells (light and heavier), optional mat, option to have one big weight (dumbbell, kettlebell, plate).
