These affordable virtual workouts are beginner and budget friendly. No matter which plan you choose you get access our wide variety of class formats - fusion formats inspired by yoga, pilates, strength training, bootcamps, and dance fitness.

BARRE
Barre fitness is inspired by ballet and pilates to create a fun and effective way to strengthen the muscles. Low impact and gentle on the joints, this class is great for beginners. The focus is on the back side of the body, makes it a great complimentary workout athletes too.

FLOW
Flow classes are similar to Vinyasa yoga. We use connected, flowing poses to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. This energizing format focuses on breath and alignment to connect the mind and the body. Improve your flexibility and mobility with Flow!

REPEAT
Repeat is designed to push your training edge, and fine tuning the body with cardio, strength and core training. It is an interval style class that allows you to work at your own pace, choosing HIIT (high intensity interval training) or LIIT (low intensity interval training).

RESOLUTION
Resolution is a full body resistance workout. This is our second most popular class - close behind our top format, Barre! All strength, and no cardio. Classes use external resistance like dumbbells in combination with bodyweight to build your resolve and get strong!

RESTORE
We all need a little more time just to breathe. Restore gives us that opportunity to relax using restorative yoga postures, with props like yoga blocks, blankets, and pillows to support the body. Using props allows the body to receive the benefit of the pose, with less effort. Enjoy the gift of self-care, your body will be sure to thank you!

SOUL BEATS
Soul Beats is a dance inspired workout to get you out of your head, and into your body. Taking inspiration from dance, yoga, and fitness, this class has easy to learn choreography that will have you moving, grooving, and sweating to the beat! No dance experience required. Soul Beats is all about unleashing the rhythm within you!

SELF MASSAGE
Self massage or myofacial release can be performed almost anywhere with a series of tools including small rubber balls and larger inflatable ones. Participants are guided on how to use the balls to provide relief to tight muscles, adjusting the pressure and technique for their own bodies.

Intensity
Too often ‘fitness gurus’ want you to believe that it’s all or nothing when it comes to working out. That is simply not true. These workouts encourage you to challenge yourself, while respecting where you’re at in the moment. Safe, effective workouts are the ones where you choose what is the best for your body. Together with videos, you can become your own best personal trainer!

Music
I have always been focused on finding great music that matches your workout! Our music tracks are custom mixed to ensure that they set the mood, motivate you, and match the workout video that you’re doing. As a bonus for the Beat Supreme members, select music mixes are available to stream. These tracks are great for your own workout, or as background music for your workday!

Modifications
Gym workouts can make some people feel pressured to work beyond their capacity, push through injuries, or feel shamed for modifying movements. That’s part of the beauty of working out at home. You get the motivation AND the modifications you would find in live classes, but now you also have the privacy to explore what variation/option/modification is truly your best fit!
