Love requires us to be vulnerable and open up. Today’s movement practice focuses on heart opening poses. Because heart openers are also back bends, move gently, listen to your body, and only go as far as your body feels safe to. 


Journal prompt: Take some time to journal about something or someone you love that you are grateful for. What difference has this made in your life? How did you have to open up to let it in? How do you show love for this thing or person?
