Week 3 - February 3

This week’s class adds more challenge as we use the pilates ball for more of the moves.

Equipment: Yoga mat & chair or wall

Bender Ball/9” inflatable pilates ball, OR yoga block

The exercises using the ball or block can also be done without the additional equipment and just bodyweight if you don’t have a ball or block.
