January Barre

Barre is a low impact, strength based fitness class drawing inspiration from Pilates and ballet. We focus on the muscles in the backside of the body that are often ignored and there’s always a lot of core strengthening and balance too. To learn more about Barre, click here.

When registering for the 6 week session, you’ll receive access to the recordings for the next 12 months. Drop in sessions are available, however you will not have access to the recordings.
