Week 2 - January 27

This week’s class is a small build on the first week, still focusing on basics, but adding a prop for additional challenge.

Equipment: Yoga mat & chair or wall

Bender Ball/9” inflatable pilates ball, OR yoga block

The exercises using the ball or block can also be done without the additional equipment and just bodyweight if you don’t have a ball or block.
